5. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted service with 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee continuous availability and may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect service access. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful business purposes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or government actions.

17. Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and ED AND SARNA LTD regarding the use of our services.
